How it works

1. Open a fixed-dimension Canva design.
2. Open Compliance Desk and click Scan design.
3. Review grouped compliance flags, warnings, and suggestions.
4. Use Fix only where Compliance Desk marks a deterministic safe fix.
5. Scan again after edits.

Supported checks

Compliance Desk checks financial-marketing risk signals, performance language without common disclosure signals, testimonial-style wording, explicit malformed URLs, conservative past dates, mechanical text spacing, substantial out-of-bounds elements, required disclosures, restricted wording, CTA phrases, approved colors, and optional minimum text size when Canva exposes the required stable properties.

Troubleshooting

If the page is unsupported, locked, or changed during a scan, Compliance Desk shows a retry or manual-review message. Try a fixed-dimension social post or presentation page, reopen the app, and scan again. Compliance Desk does not verify whether a URL is reachable.

Privacy

Compliance Desk processes the current page in the app and does not send design content to an external server in v1. Read the privacy policy and terms.
